He can spot and identify animals so far away and explain all the fun facts about the animals. We got to see multiple cheetahs, leopards, lions (including lions eating an antelope and drinking water or caring the baby lions), serval and many other animals! The office manager Marline is also super kind and responsive and recommended the nice lodges that are within our budget but also well above our expectations. Every morning before we started our journey, the inside of the safari vehicle was always spotless and clean. It may seem like a small thing, but after long game drives on dusty roads, coming back to a clean vehicle made a huge difference. It clearly showed how much pride Joseph takes in his work and how dedicated he is to providing the best possible experience for his guests. What touched us the most was how kind and caring Joseph was with our son, Kenzo. Throughout the entire trip, Joseph made sure Kenzo felt comfortable, safe, and included. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful, making the safari fun and enjoyable for him every single day. As parents, it gave us great peace of mind to see how happy and secure Kenzo felt throughout the journey. The accommodations, food, transportation, and overall service exceeded our expectations.
